Essentially there 2 main techniques in zen meditation, zen walking meditation or Kinhin and seated zazen. But most vital thing is just observe your mind and breath. Be a nonjudgmental witness of mind and its modification. Life and its movement are to be seen with as a momentary experience. Focus on your breath so slowly and slowly it becomes subtler and subtler.
