And yoga counseling is about deploying exceptional emotional and intuitive intelligence mastered through yogic practices effectively. yoga therapy and counseling can be very efficient tool to bring about inner transformation. It is also very helpful to the client to adapt a “mindfulness” rather than false attachment of ego and insecurities.

our creative and soulful yoga therapy and counseling are the combination of yogic practices and existential therapy , talking therapy, bibliotherapy and DElotus (flowering of innate human potential) TM meditative practices including basic counseling skills, yoga asana (physical postures), bandha ( neuromuscular locks ), mudra( neuromuscular postures ), pranayama (breathing techniques), kriyas, mindfulness and other spiritual practices. These vastly different techniques allow for flexibility and adaptability according to the individual requirements of each client.
DElotus (flowering of innate human potential) TM yogic approach to counseling is basically a preventive holistic health that includes mindful yogic philosophy for mind, body and soul.
Holistic Yogic Techniques
DElotus (flowering of innate human potential) TM yoga philosophy, techniques and skills can be applied to people with different health conditions, both physical and emotional. This includes an understanding of contraindications and modifications of yoga practices to suit individuals.
These holistic yogic techniques will then be put into action through a group working together to explore yogic tools based on the individual needs . When an individual will experience and work through challenges, enthusiasm, and understanding while participating in yogic session.
