Duration: A Monthly 2 1/2 Hour Workshop to Restore, regain, reconnect with Deepest possible relaxation for Your Body, Mind & emotional being (Soul).
RESTORATIVE Yoga is a passive and deeply therapeutic form of yoga that provides deep rest for tired bodies, relaxation for busy minds and rejuvenation for the entire nervous system by way of strategically positioning props to support and nourish the body down to the cellular level.
Acharya Neeraj will share the techniques, experience and the tools of the practice, exploring how to relax and rest deeply. Each day will include Restorative Practice as well as Meditation with laughter meditation with facial exercises . you will be guided by yoga nidra in the end of session for self relaxation You will be required to have your own daily practice. Relax and Renew: Restful Yoga for stress free plus the Reading material that will be emailed to you when you register. .You should also bring a yoga mat, an eyebag, and a hand towel. All other props will be provided.
At the end of the event you can place an order the props at a discount. The props will include blankets, bolsters, blocks, bricks and straps.
