Doga, derived from the combination of “yoga” and “dog,” is a practice that integrates traditional yoga postures with the presence of pets, primarily dogs. My real journey of Doga started with adopting my Indie mutt from Rishikesh. It has been one of the most fulfilling decisions of my life. She has transformed my days with her playful antics, unwavering companionship, and a love that transcends words. Every moment spent with her reaffirms the beauty of adoption and the deep bond that forms between a human and their furry companion. Although I have been a fur father throughout my adult life, adopting her has brought a new level of joy and connection that I cherish deeply.
