yoga Sutra talks about Kleshas or afflictions or in Buddhism there are called as “the 5 great Hindrances. these five afflictions are often depicted as a tree. I DON’T agree with the its not tree can be tree because trees are the Karma Yogis they even bear fruits for others like you and me . These obstacles are self generated so they can n easily become subconsciously driven to avoid previously painful experiences. Our deep desire to protect ourselves limits our options in life, clouding our ability to see and think clearly. So if look within and outside for obvious understating . Then only you can live empirical and experiential life.
Ignorance (avidya) or illusion of knowledge
Ego (asmita) or I-am-ness
Attachment to Pleasure (raga)
Aversion to Pain (dvesa)
Fear of Death (abhinivesah)
